Join us for a conversation-style workshop exploring the natural rhythms of the menstrual cycle and the archetypal energies that accompany each phase.
Throughout history, cultures around the world have recognized recurring archetypes — recognizable patterns of human behavior and experience. In the context of the menstrual cycle, these archetypes offer a powerful lens for understanding how hormones influence energy, creativity, focus, and emotional landscape throughout the month.
In this two-hour lecture and discussion, we’ll explore how the four primary archetypes of the cycle — the Maiden, Mother, Sorceress, and Crone — correspond with the body’s hormonal shifts and how learning to work with these rhythms can support overall wellbeing and performance.
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how to track their cycle, interpret its phases, and integrate supportive practices into everyday life.
This is an educational, reflective space designed to help women reconnect with their bodies, better understand their cyclical nature, and leave with practical tools for living in alignment with their natural rhythm.
