Mindful Mondays are a free monthly space to learn something practical, reflect a little, and stay connected. We meet on the first Monday of every month, and each session has a different theme.
A good system should support your life—not run it. In this free session, we’ll define what a “system” really is and how to build one that reduces mental load. You’ll choose one friction point (laundry, meals, morning flow, cleaning routines, etc.) and map a gentler, more realistic way forward.
Includes: teaching, guided prompts, Q&A, and a one-system planning PDF.
Good fit for: anyone craving structure that feels supportive, not strict.
