You’ve seen the jars of herbs. Maybe you’ve picked them up, smelled them, wondered what they’re used for... and then thought, okay, but what would I actually do with this at home?
This workshop is for you.
Join Rachel for a relaxed introduction to home herbalism as we get to know four herbs available at Mindful Mercantile: Egyptian chamomile, calendula, mullein and marshmallow.
Together, we’ll explore how these plants have traditionally been used and some of the simple ways herbs can become part of everyday home rituals. We’ll talk about teas and infusions, oils, soaks, salves and other preparations, including which methods make the most sense for different herbs.
No previous herbal knowledge needed. This is an approachable place to begin, ask questions and get comfortable actually using the herbs you bring home.

Why We Gather
At Mindful Mercantile, we believe traditions become meaningful when they're shared. Our workshops are designed to slow life down, teach practical skills, and create something beautiful with your own two hands. Whether you leave with a handcrafted piece, new knowledge, or a new friend, our hope is that every gathering inspires you to bring a little more intention home.
