Mindful Mondays: Mindful Living Without Perfection

Mindful Mondays are a free monthly space to learn something practical, reflect a little, and stay connected. We meet on the first Monday of every month, and each session has a different theme.


This month is about integration: keeping what works, releasing what doesn’t, and moving forward without perfection. In this free session, we’ll talk about what mindful living looks like in real life, how to make changes without rigidity, and how to revisit choices without shame. You’ll leave with a simple intention statement you can return to all summer.
