Jackie will walk you through her time-tested process, sharing the rhythms and routines that make sourdough approachable and sustainable for everyday home bakers. This is about learning the why behind the process so you can confidently continue at home.

Whether you’ve never baked sourdough before or have a starter that’s been sitting neglected on your counter, this class will help you get back into a natural baking groove.
